Adult Muay Thai

The core class. Technical striking, clinch, and ring craft built level by level.

Who it's for

Anyone past their first few weeks who wants to actually get good.

What a session looks like

Warm-up and shadow, technique block, pad rounds with a partner, then clinch or light situational work. You leave knowing exactly what you drilled and why.

Beginner Classes

Day one starts here. Stance, footwork, and your first weapons — no experience needed.

Who it's for

People who have never thrown a punch. Genuinely. That's the whole point.

What a session looks like

Small groups, slow reps, and a coach who explains the why. No sparring, no getting thrown in. You'll learn stance, the jab, the teep, and how to hold pads for a partner.

Women's Classes

A focused room to train hard and build real technique. All levels welcome.

Who it's for

Women at any level who want a room of their own to learn in.

What a session looks like

The same technical standard as every other class — stance, strikes, pads, conditioning — in a space built to make the learning curve comfortable rather than intimidating.

Kids Program

Discipline, focus, and confidence through striking. Built for young athletes.

Who it's for

Kids and teens. Beginners very much included.

What a session looks like

Structured, high-energy, and heavy on fundamentals and respect. Coaches keep it fun without letting the standard slip — the discipline is the point.

Private Coaching

One-on-one. Your goals, your pace, the fastest path to real improvement.

Who it's for

Anyone who wants to fix something specific, fast — or train privately.

What a session looks like

A full hour built entirely around you. Video review, technical correction, and pad work dialled to what you actually need. The quickest way to break a plateau.
